Specifically from school districts of Barron, Cameron, Chetek, Cumberland, Rice Lake or Turtle Lake, Incoming freshman who is full-time student, Member of the Tau Chapter Phi Upsilon Omicron, Open to freshman, sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student, Participation and leadership roles in activities and organizations geared toward LGBTQ students, including involvement in high school, college or the community, Incoming freshman from Menomonie High School in WI, Preference for a Chetek-Weyerhaueser High School graduate, Preference to a student who will study abroad during the academic year, Preference given to a "returning adult student", Financial need as indicated via the Financial Aid office, Preference to student who will be studying abroad during the academic year; if travel is restricted by the university, it can be awarded to a junior or senior with a 3.0 GPA or greater.
