Brown was located at an apartment in Wilmington on Wednesday and arrested around 6:30 p.m. by members of the U.S. According to the department, they will be keeping a close eye on unruly juveniles dropped off at the mall this week. Authorities say the family was unharmed in the shooting and after patrol units riddled the area, no suspects were located. The center of the mall featured Cherry Court, a court with high ceilings, more tropical plants, fountains, parrots, plus a staircase leading directly to the second floor into Strawbridge & Clothier.
